PRE-MATCH HYDRATION

As a general rule, a player should drink 3 glasses of water 3 hours before a match, 2 glasses of water 2 hours before a match, and 1 glass of water 1 hour before a match for a total of 6 total glasses before a match. This gives the player more energy during the match in addition to the water that they drink during a match.
